Ingredients & Instructions:
Ingredients for the base:
- 200 g spelt flour
- 50 g grated almonds
- 100 g raw cane sugar
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 200 ml soy milk
- 1 tbsp white vinegar
- 375 ml coconut milk
- 200 ml vegan cream
- 4-5 tbsp sugar
- 3 1/2 tsp agar agar
- 3 tsp corn starch
- 2 tsp organic matcha green tea powder
- juice of 2-3 organic limes
Preparation:
For the base: put all dry ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Add the soy milk and mix well. Add the vinegar and mix again. Put the batter in a greased baking pan and bake for 20 minutes (preheat before).
For the filling: put all ingredients in a bowl and mix with a hand mixer. Put the mixture in a pot and bring to a bowl while stirring. Pour the filling into the baking pan over the base.
Let it cool and chill. Decorate with lime slices if you want.
