Ingredients & Instructions:
- 150g greek yogurt
- 2 teaspoons of sugar
- 1 teaspoon Matcha powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 handful of walnuts
- Use a baking sheet or baking tray with baking paper.
- Chop the walnuts roughly. Mix all other ingredients together.
- Spread the mixture thinly on the baking sheet.
- Freeze for at least 2 hours.
