We love this irresistible matcha dessert! It's also healthy, so you can have it for breakfast. Thank you Tina!

Ingredients & Instructions (English translation): 

  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 -1 tsp organic Matcha powder
  • 2 tbsp Coconut powder
  • 2 tsp Coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp Maple syrup
  • 1 tsp Of poppy seeds (for you to bind + makes the dough more juicy)
  • 1/2 tsp Tartar baking soda
  • 150 ml almond milk
  • Mix everything, fill it in a mold/cup/mug, microwave 6 min

Ingredients & Instructions (Original, in German):

1 Ei • 1/2-1 TL Matcha Pulver (*werbung @midorispring) • 2 EL Kokosmehl • 2 TL Kokosöl • 1 EL Ahornsirup • 1 TL Flohsamenschalen (für dir Bindung + macht den Teig saftiger) • 1/2 TL Weinstein Backpulver • 150 ml Mandelmilch. Alles mixen, in eine Form füllen (ich leg sie immer mit Frischhaltefolie aus), Mikrowelle 6 Min., pling, fertig
