Ingredients:
• 2 tbsp room temperature unsalted butter
• 2 tsp Eco Class culinary grade matcha
• 1 tsp sweetener/sugar (or any sweetener of choice - recommend something that tastes neutral)
• gently whip soften butter, add matcha powder & sugar
• mix until everything is smooth
• spread it on cookies, toast, or any fruit! (Banana is a great choice🍌)
• *for cookies* eat it right away or firm it up a little bit in the fridge before eating
