We can't get enough of these pancakes, thanks Rachel! We especially love the toppings.
Ingredients & Instructions:
- Combine the following:
- 1 organic egg
- 1 mashed ripe banana
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 1.5 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla
- dash of cinnamon
- 3/4 scoop vanilla protein powder
- few splashes of almond milk
- 1/2 cup oat flour
- 1 scoop collagen peptides
- 1.5 tsp @midorispring matcha powder
- Let batter sit 5 min to thicken, coat skillet with coconut oil and cook for approx 2-3 min on each side.
- Top with whatever your heart desires. Rachel topped her pancakes with strawberries, goji berries, almond butter, and coconut chips.
