We love this all natural homemade popsicle recipe. Thank you Mckenzie!
Ingredients:
- 8 Strawberries
- 1 plus 1/3 cup almond milk
- 1 tablespoon matcha
- 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup coconut flakes
- About 1/8 cup chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
Instructions:
- Blend up your strawberries
- Whisk together milk, matcha and vanilla in a bowl
- Add coconut flakes and chia seeds to your matcha bowl
- Place a spoonful of strawberries at the bottom of each popsicle mold
- Pour matcha into each mold
- Drop in a couple chocolate chips into every mold
- Keep popsicles in freezer overnight
