Vegan Hoji Tiramisu

Get ready to embark on a tiramisu adventure like no other, where the rich, roasted flavor of our Japanese Hojicha Powder takes center stage. Organic, sweet, and entirely plant-based, this secret ingredient is about to transform your dessert game.

Serves: 1

Ingredients:
1 cup vegan whipped cream (we used cocowhip)
¾ cup silken tofu
1 tsp Midori Spring Hojicha Powder + more to garnish
½ cup hot water
2 vegan cookies (we used store bought)

Instructions:

  • In a large bowl, add your vegan whipped cream and silken tofu. Fold the tofu into the whipped cream until combined. Once ready, set aside in the freezer to keep chilled.  
  • Brew your Hojicha in a bowl using hot water. 
  • Place one vegan cookie in the Hojicha and let socal for 5 seconds. Remove and place in a serving glass. 
  • Start filling your glass halfway and repeat step 3 with the remaining cookie. Fill your glass to the brim with your remaining whipped cream mixture. 
  • Garnish with sifted Hojicha powder and serve.
