Coconut Matcha Power Balls Recipe
Combine the following ingredients in a food processor:
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1/2 cup almonds
- 1/2 cup cashews
- 1/3 cup natural peanut butter
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 3 tbsp maple syrup + 3 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
- 2 tbsp Midori Spring Eco Class Matcha
- 1 tsp vanilla bean
Once blended, fold in 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips.
Roll into balls and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes!
